At Thay Bakery, every loaf and cookie is handcrafted in small batches and baked fresh to order. We are committed to delivering our products with the highest quality and freshness possible.
Shipping Availability
We currently ship within the state of Florida only, in compliance with Florida Cottage Food Law.
Order Schedule
Orders close every Monday.
All cookies are freshly baked on Wednesday and shipped the same day to ensure maximum freshness.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days, depending on your location within Florida. Most orders arrive between Thursday and Saturday.
Processing & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Packaging
All products are carefully packaged to preserve freshness and minimize movement during transit.
While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition, Thay Bakery is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Because our products are made fresh to order and are intended for food consumption, we cannot accept returned items or offer refunds based on personal taste preferences.
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@thaybakery.com. Include your order number and photos of the package and product so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Cottage Food Notice
This product is made in a home kitchen that has not been inspected by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
